A video can be one of the strongest marketing tools for your business and this is the reason why you should never underestimate them as they can be entertaining, informing, and educating.

Planning and scripting for training video production requires careful planning and undivided efforts and focus.

Here are a few steps you can work with while planning and scripting for a video.

  1. Define objective
    While working on planning and scripting a video, the individual must focus on deriving the objective of the video first instead of just jumping on the shooting part.   4. Write the script

Simple language should be used avoiding jargon that can confuse the audience and result in losing the interest of the audience. The script should be in a conversational tone to keep the attention of the audience intact. While ending the script a summary should be included with a CTA (call to action) button should be added for the audience.
  5. Visualize the content- The individual must be determined to use visuals to accompany the script as it is a real game changer as mentioned earlier. The visuals should include slides, demonstrations, animation, and live-action videos for better connectivity with the audience. One thing that should be kept in mind is visuals should align with the script.
  6. Plan the production- Outline the technical aspect of video production which includes:

Location- The location where the video will be shot should be booked in advance keeping the lights, themes, and acoustic of the video in mind. The location should be in alignment with the concept and objective of the video.

Equipment- make sure that the right types of equipment and the right experts are there to shoot. Cameras, microphones, lights, and other technical equipment are well-determined in advance.

Talent and crew- The person who is going to appear on the screen, such as presenters, and actors, should be well prepared also considering pre-production and post-production crew are also available.

  1. Film and edit- Now that everything is planned, capture the video footage as per the outline and the visuals decided. Make sure that the lighting, sound, and frame are ideal for the shoot. After the shoot, the editing of the footage must take place, and the sound, lighting, extra clips or unnecessary clips should be removed, giving a seamless video as output.
  2. Finalize and distribute- This is the last step following the responsibility of final revision and edits with the necessary logo, designs, subtitles, and other branding elements for more brand interaction, after the final edits are done, the distribution part will begin focusing on social media and other digital platforms.

Chroma setup or green screen is a technology which has been used widely in Films, Television Commercial, marketing, etc. There is no doubt when we say that it creates an absolute treat to eye affect for the audiences. Before we dive into the concept of Chroma Setup, it is important to understand the basics.

What is Chroma Setup?

Chroma setup is a setting in which in front of a solid color, that is setting up a green or blue backdrop that is prepared using color fabric or painted wall, we film a person or we can add visual effects in front of it. Following shooting against a chroma backdrop we can remove or key out that color from the scene during the process of post production, replacing it with the background or visuals of our choice. This process is considered as the Chroma Setup or Green Screen setup.

In movies, TVC’s we see highly commendable visual effects job by the makers or post production. This seems like a lot of effort and usage of highly advanced and expensive framework. . Proper Distance:  You need to maintain proper distance from the green screen so that the green color does not spill on the border of your subject.

. Steady Camera: There has to be steady camera movement while filming so that no fluctuations and pushing in and out effects can harm the shot.

. Precise Focus: For a perfect shot, camera focus has to be sharp as the blurry images might have a green hue. While assuming the background plate is in focus an out-of-focus subject will stand out even more beautifully
